What shipping methods are available?
We use reputed third party companies such as Delhivery, FedEx and Bluedart to deliver all of our orders.
We have a fixed rate of Rs. 50 for delivery across India on orders below Rs. 1000, and free delivery on all orders above Rs. 1000
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship across India at the same rate as listed above.
How long will it take to get my package?
All orders get dispatched within 3-4 business days. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, delivery will occur within 7-10 days of the order being placed.
How can I track my order?
Once the product is dispatched, the tracking ID of the respective courier company is e-mailed to you. You can track packages using it in just one click. However, in case of any rare trouble or difficulty, you can also directly contact us using any of the respective methods.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with net banking and UPI. We also accept almost all e-Wallets. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have decided to temporarily not allow Cash On Delivery as a payment option. However, we look forward to adding it in the future.
Is buying from PH Merch safe?
In this day and age of technology, we understand your need for safety on all online purchases. This is why we have integrated our payment gateway with Instamojo, which is used by some of the biggest companies in India. Instamojo is PCI DSS Compliant and Certified, which means that any data which the end-user enters into their platform is secured and safe. Furthermore, all transactions through them occur on their website, making it as safe as possible.
