When can I return or exchange a product?

Since all products are made to order, you can only return or exchange a product in the following cases:

  • There was a manufacturing defect
  • The product was damaged
  • The wrong product/size was delivered to you. (Please note that this is only valid if the size that was delivered to you was different than what you ordered.)
What options do I have if I am eligible for a return?

You can either opt for a full refund or an exchange of the same product.

What is the procedure for a return/exchange?
  1. You will have to get in touch with us using the Contact Us section of this website.
  2. You will have to courier the package to an address that will be sent to you by our customer care. The courier cost will be refunded to you later.
  3. The product will be checked by our team and if your reason for return is genuine, you will be sent your full refund or exchanged product.
What are some invalid reasons for returns?
  1. You no longer want the product; This is an extremely common reason but to ensure quality control and great value, we cannot exchange or return products for such a reason.
  2. The product doesn’t fit; Since all products are custom made we cannot return products for such a reason. We suggest that you refer to the size chart that is mentioned on each product page before purchasing a product.
